Architectural Sheet Metal
L2 Auto of Loveland

One of the architectural sheet metal projects we are most proud of is L2 Auto of Loveland located just west if Interstate 25 at 3875 Byrd Drive in Loveland, CO.  This project incorporates the finest of sheet metal craftsmanship in the industry.  Not only is it indicative of our production capabilities but it exemplifies the cooperative construction we strive for between the general contractor, architects and owners. 

The projects' unique scope illustrates efficient production of a reputable sheet metal project.  It combines 32 foot seamless compound curved TEE panels along with custom fabricated wall panels and tapered flush seam soffit panels. 

Included are custom fabricated copings, roof flashings, conductor heads and downspouts.  Though it doesn’t showcase in totality our applications using stainless steel, copper, aluminum and zinc, it does exhibit our versatility to fabricate and install from the most simplistic to the most complex.

Re-roofing
Teller Arms Shopping Center, Grand Junction, CO

Another interesting project is the Teller Arms Shopping Center re-roof in Grand Junction, CO.  This project involved the removal of two layers of roofing, correcting some drainage issues with tapered insulation and the installation of a new adhered Firestone TPO roofing system all while business continued as usual underneath it all. 

Manufacturing a water tight tie-in between the old roofing system and the new roofing system is always our first priority.  Being as unobtrusive as possible to the customers and tenants is a very close second priority.
